Most of my expereince is in defense so didnt get a whole lot of exposure to modern tech stacks. If we used a modern language it was pretty bare bones. Made the switch last year to get out of defense, got some exposure to modern stuff but was let go due to down sizing.
My main concerns are maybe having too much of like a description for the jobs and not enough bullet points of my accomplishments. And also maybe needing to list the YOE for each language/tech stack. I have 6 years of experience, but only about 2.5 in what I would call a marketable language/stack.
I don't want to discount my time in defense, I did learn a lot about real world engineering and practices but at the same time I don't want to oversell that I have been using the modern frameworks and patterns and things the whole time.

ok well first glance i can say that u need to remove the paragraphs u have under each exp

follow this for skills : #1008225248098926753 message

#

follow this for how to write your bullet points : #1008225248098926753 message

#

the CSM part probably doesnt add anything if you arent applying to scrum master roles imo

#

would also remove methodologies

#

after these changes youll prob have white space left so would add a project or 2, or like write a bit longuer bullet points or add bullet points to your exp

#

just make sure the bullets are strong and not fluff, for ex the git maintainer point is fluff imo
