#How do you deal with locations and will they pay for relocation?

I'm a Rising sophomore in the midwest applying for internships this summer. Often times I'm prompted regarding locations and if I'm willling to relocate. I'd love to go to san fransico, la, etc. but money has always been a limiting thing

Will they pay for my relocation (especially for just a summer internship)? and if so should I just put any locations I'd be willing to go to or should I only put the location in my state?

I'm not gonna lie, I'm desperate and being home is a difficult so I'd be down to go anywhere but I wanted to know if my ticking off all the locations is a bad thing or if I should just apply to areas local to me in the midwest.

Appreciate any advice

I apologize if this is a naive question and I'm supposed to just handle housing like every grown adult when they are looking for a job

#

my parents are immigrants and most people from where I'm at don't really go to college so I don't really got anyone to ask

usually yeah theyll either put u in corporate housing or theyll give u some stipend

#

or maybe a mix of both

#

so for the most part for internships, i wouldnt make location a limiting factor other than for obvious personal reasons.

if and when u do get an offer, just make sure whatever relocation package they offer is detailed in the offer letter
