As the title suggests, I booked a trip for the next month over the weekend and put in my time off request this morning. The flight tickets are not refundable unfortunately. He said since our team is moving to a different product around that time, he would like to have as many team members as possible. He didn’t say I couldn’t take time off but asked if I could do it later? I’m not sure what to do in this scenario..
Edit: I thought this was ok to do since I’ve been working here for almost 2 years and never had my manager say no to a time off request 😅
