After about a year, I'm still searching for my first role and I'm not getting any interviews. After about 4 revisions, this is the current version of my resume, tailored after the pinned post. I'm looking for honest constructive criticism of my current resume. Any and all suggestions/recommendations are welcome!
Thank you in advance for your time and help c:

projects look pretty common, would try to change them maybe

#

add some metrics to your exp is you can

native rune
#

By change them, do you mean make other projects? Or adjust the wording on them?

Most of the freelance work ive done is for friends and family. I'm not quite sure how I would quantity the experience.

#

yeah it would be more like making other projects

#

its ok if you dont have metrics, just a nice to have

#

its stuff like if u automated something, well how much time did u save them, etc

#

money saved is another one

native rune
#

Ah that's what you mean! Can I embellish a bit? I'm not sure how much time I saved them exactly, would any arbitrary percent be alright?

as long as you can explain it i guess

#

has to be realistic haha

i did freelance work, but it wasnt full time all the time, so i was wondering if it would be better to have project dates to show that i was coding during these times

lean grove
#

oh

#

u could say u just did freelance all that time 🤔

#

tho did you do 3 years of it

native rune
#

ah, didnt really think of that option LOL
and it was only a year so far

#

may 2022 to now

lean grove
#

what did you do from your mech grad to your bootcamp start

native rune
#

i took a year off after graduation, then did odd jobs till i started the bootcamp

lean grove
#

hmmmmm

#

ok then i would maybe put the dates after that year off

#

oh but those jobs are there already

native rune
#

should i typically be putting dates on my projects? or omit them entirely?

lean grove
#

then u just have the year off thats not on your resume?

native rune
#

thats correct

lean grove
#

i think thats fair tbh

#

u can just explain
