1.5 years out of employment struggling to even get interviews

I updated to this version of my resume about 4 months ago and only have had one interview request, any suggestions on improvements that can be made? should I look elsewhere in how I am applying?

remove summary

after that, vertically align the skills and education section so it doesnt randomly move to 2 columns

and then also make it the some font style as the other headers

the SDE job has so much info in it and is a wall of text, nobody wants to read that

can start by removing the fluff bullets

Wrote and maintained cleaned code..
Engaged in continuous learning…
Delivered technical presentations…

then can move on to removing unnecessary statements within the bullet points

Contributed to the software development lifecycle by Designed and implemented ….

Collaborated within a plunidisciplinary…
