When you say put it before, do you mean like on top of projects? So from top down, it would be like this: Technical Skills -> Experience -> Programming Projects

What other projects do you suggest? I only did projects that solved my problems that I was having. I didn't want to just make another Twitter or Facebook clone, lol

How many do you suggest? I don't know if putting Sass and CSS or TypeScript and JavaScript on the resume would be counterintuitive.
