I am very stagnant in learning in the current role. The Java code base is old so Most of the work is fixing bugs and I am unable to make changes to the code base because it’s just so big that I don’t even know where to begin. They also have angular but they contract most the new building out. Company doesn’t really have proper guides to teach the code base and developers are too busy with their stuff. The job is easy but I don’t learn much. Should I change jobs?

I am working on leetcode but I am not very proficient still. Feeling pretty stuck

Depends. If your goal is to learn, improve and get ahead, then yes change jobs. If you want an easy money, no work type of job, then stay. Ultimately, it depends on your career / personal goals. I'm currently looking for a job with similar experience, and I gotta tell you, the market is tough out there (don't let that stop you though, just wanted to let you know the facts). Good luck!
