#Would you take a volunteer or unpaid internship for the experience?

as a junior, really the only way to get real world experience is to work at a real world job. I would make volunteering for experience a last resort.
I don’t think it makes a lot of sense to not apply to a job because you don’t have experience or whatever. You learn on the job. Companies know that juniors/new grads do not know shit so I wouldn’t try and go in with this expectation that youre meant to know a whole bunch and know how to do XYZ, youll learn
as for # of applicants, apply anyways who cares. What if they message YOU?
you lose nothing by applying but lose way more by not applying
just keep applying, you’ll learn what u need to on the job
