but ask now so you can start preparing and planning now for what u want to do
cus theres no telling how long it may take to get a next job and hiking out in an airbnb or hotel for 3+ months doesnt sound great.
so long as youve been a good worker and a good person, there shouldnt be any reason for them to have beef with u if and when u decide to leave after the few months or whatever
assuming this is a person i actually enjoyed working with, the only negative thing that i would personally think is damn we’re down a person lol otherwise i would just hope that everything was okay with you. I would like to hope others would think somewhat the same lol
🤷🏾♀️ can try subleasing somewhere or see if sny apartments have short term leases
i dont trust airbnbs these days and hotel might be ok but for 3+ months idk if i could do it lol
i mean ur doing a lot of assuming of what people will think
who cares, business is business, if you were a good person then they will be fine and understand
i dont know too many managers/companies in the year 2023 who are being like “You want to work remotely! OK!” so yes u should have something ready to say just in case
im personally not gonna be the one to tell u to lie. But dont come up to the conversation with nothing to say
