Agile in Front-end Interviews

Can I expect front-end interviews to test me on agile methodologies and the software life cycle? They're in practically every job description, and I'm trying to figure what I can opt out of covering to save time.

I haven't seen people commonly ask methodology stuff for any engineering job. Very occasionally comes up for manager/tech lead positions

I have a feeling if we did ask about it it would reveal that agile at tech companies is almost entirely a sham
