I'm tired of working for IT consultancy companies where you're just mincemeat, I'd like to find a job outside Italy, but how?
I am 27 yrs, worked 2 years in java backend.
The projects where I was assigned were crap to say the least, and learned not so much from them.
Plus, they are shifting from full remote to hybrid 3 of 5, where my coworkers are awfull, and I can't stand them and they consider me a complete incompetent for a mistake I made ONCE.
the PM even told me that if I didn't wake up my training was completely useless.... after months of good work and 1 mistake.
I feel like they are silent lay off me and then complain that I am incapable
i can't take consultancy anymore. Its killing me.
Which sites should I apply to?
In italy we have only linkedin and monster, and when i search for jobs in other countries, the requirements are completely out of this world, and often other tech (like python or .net)
