I graduated last May with my BS comp sci and currently make 60k, I have a company that says they're having a hard time finding anyone with my area of expertise and would be willing to compensate 95k. Both positions are in town (very low COL area), hybrid and with benefits. Tech stack is the same. I'm also in a masters program that I'll graduate with this May so it would be a lot on my plate to switch but it's hard to turn down that comp. I would give my company opportunity to match before switching but I'm not sure they can.
