Need executive engineering advice (startup)

What should be my terms as an executive when a company is making strong efforts to pull you in?
What kind of terms other executives demand ?
I would love security not just high base pay and options.
Is there something else i can demand (partner, investor type shares?)
Please let me know as company makes aggressive moves to pull me in.

Security can be more rooted in the future career prospects of the role, exit opportunities, scope, and how it'll pan out.

Personal growth etc.

That stuff is almost hard to ask for, because a bunch of money doesn't make it better.
