Your resume in general is just super hard to read.
Everything's cramped together with everything super tiny.
You either need to remove/shorten things, or look into expanding to a second page
Leave things for space in between sections, leave space under big headers, etc.
Your Professional Experienece should be above your education
Treat this as if you're working with a recruiter or hiring manager to get you hried
They're not obligated whatsoever to read, or attempt to read something that's just incredulously hard to read.
The projects are fine imo.
