Our work recently got CultureAmp which is basically a platform to align team visions and have committed their company, team and personal goals into them. I'm a bit cautious of them because I was wondering if the metrics/data they collect could impact your employment in the future. Are they a useful thing to have at companies or is it mainly for the benefit of higher ups?
