quick glance: move skills to the bottom, imo remove the GPA (conditional; 3.5+ is ok, but i generally think it's only worthwhile to put on the resume if 3.8 or above. if you were on the Dean's list it could be better to use that instead)

for your pubg project, you're outlining how it works and not what you accomplished with each piece of it. you'll get better results if you rewrite the entire section to focus on your wins when developing those different aspects of the bot, instead of outlining its structure

"the server contains a cache" -> "improved search latency by <caching> with <technology>"

you have a lot of freedom in how you want to structure this, but generally the first clause of each statement should be a win of some kind. if the meat of your bullet point is in the second or third clause, it's significantly more likely to be overlooked
