Hello! I have to decide today if im going to go 5-year civil engineer computer-science program. If I like frontend, is going 5 year program waste of time or should i take 1 year before to learn by myself. Im not sure if computer science shows a lot about front end, and im not sure if front end is going to assure me a good future.

well getting a degree is always going to put you ahead of those who dont have one, esp as a new grad and youre going for internships/entry lvl jobs

if you like front end why are you getting a civil engineering degree
