You! Yes, you! This medicine needed to be delivered YESTERDAY to CSW, ya'hear?! They willin' to pay a premium for it they need it so bad, but ya gotta be quick! It's not as useful if its late, ya'know what I mean?

A more serious explanation: rarely, a high priority freight haul job will spawn that will have a significantly higher time bonus pay, but with a more restrictive deadline (maybe ~25% shorter?). Maybe a city is in desperate need of medicine, or the food factory needs enough produce to meet the holiday season deadline, or an emergency order for ammunition has been issued to MB. Whatever the reason, the goals are the same; get it there FAST.

High speed, high risk, and high reward is the name of the game! (RIP that poor squirrel and your copay)

May require an Express Freight Haul License.

Well half the player base already drives like this so why not reward them for their efforts

maybe something like 0.2/0.25x base pay and 2x bonus pay. Looks easy enough to implement, perhaps something for you @polar stag ?

nice idea, but not for me / persistent jobs

wouldn't be for persistent, for other separate mod

So, if you actually failed to meet the deadline, you get no payment at all, in exchange that if you do meet the deadline you get a big fat bonus?

#

This way there's an actual risk that needs to be taken seriously XD

that works xD

Finally a reason for me to drive the S282 like a maniac

We need the BEANZ to be given in a whole new scale

I mean IRL, those big intermodal trains are often pretty high priority and carry like Amazon and UPS trailers
