#New Trinkets (1st Echelon)

So, this document is still Work in Progress - but there's enough to share and get feedback on.

16 1st Echelon Trinkets and counting - could be more in a week.

Please note - these are UNTESTED - but hope to get them through testing in the next few months. If you use them, and find any issues, please let me know!

For the assassins hood, is it supposed to be after the damage is done? Or if you deal damage to them and they end up on <5 they reduce to 0

Perhaps consider the language “if the target is left with 5 or fewer stamina”?

I can maybe see the Matador’s Cape being abused a bit, since it’s when a creature targets you and not an enemy, an ally could elect to charge at you and you could then allow them to effectively charge twice to cover a huge distance, or even shift up to their speed

Perhaps that’s intended, especially since it takes your triggered action, but it does feel like that’s how it would be used the majority of the time in practice

For silent silks, it says

if you move or use your maneuver to stand up, use a consumable, or catch breath while hidden, you remain hidden.
Other than the movement potentially causing you to not be hidden, the others don’t normally break hiding do they?

So, "Make noise or reveal yourself" could be director fiat; so I figure it doesn't hurt to leave it in to be safe

I like the Bolt Thrower. Really tingles the Wandslinger vibe from Eberron. Could easily get other wands for other elements, too.

Vitality sash: as written, it currently allows you to gain 5 temp stamina as a maneuver (by making the Cath Breath maneuver). I am not sure how well that works. Gaining stamina (even temp) without spending recoveries is a thing where one should be careful, I think.
