I made a basic spreadsheet for a friend and myself to use the "Adjusting Monster Levels" section of the Monsters book more easily and i just wanted to share it here in case people are interested. It isn't pretty. Feedback is welcome in this thread.

To use it just use the drop down fields on the "Info Sheet" Sheet.
This should populate the relevant fields underneath.
