Hello, I am looking to make ancestries and am trying to get advice on how to think about how to balance the 1pt and 2 pt ancestry traits. A couple of ancestries I would like to work on is a variant of a celestial (Pointy Hats Vigil is what I was going for) but just in general any advice would be great.

Start by mixing and matching existing ancestry traits to move you in the direction of your ancestry.

There is no "way to think about it" other than just comparison with what exists and trying stuff

Agreed! Many current traits are applicable to a lot of ancestries - you can often just change a name but keep the feature.
