#Arduino to ESP change, code not working

I switched for an Arduino nano to an ESP32-Wroom and parts of my code isn't working. from my understanding the code isn't working from the "//Check If Is Activating" part, because on the real project everything until that part works.

(This isn't the full code, it's the part that isn't working)
