Visual Studio Formatting Not Working

I want to use the allman style but I cannot for the life of me even get coding formatting to work. I messed up my code just to see if it would work and it didn't do anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well I got the formatting working, it was an extension that changed a hotkey for code formatting but for somereason it makes the code cleanup on save and those features not work. One thing I would like to do that I can't figure out is how to put the braces on a new line?
