How do I make and build files using visual studio

I really need help , my proffesor used clion tk do the first part of the project and we have ti do the rest , but how do I import everything that the foldee contains like the various files in vs , compile it and see the result using cmd terminal

Are you sure you're taking about Visual Studio or are you talking about Visual Studio Code?
