How to make co-ordinator server to connect 4 servers

Hi guys, I have client server and one server now. But on top of that I want to create a co-ordinator server that does port translation from one client then co-ordinator server do the port translation and hide the access pattern and go to the 4 servers using multithreading and virtualize cpu process each. Any suggestion how to write co-coordinator server code to connect it with client and design 4 servers? anyone can help:_
