Clion - Help with Setup - Docker && Multiple files - Makefiles

Hi y all
So i am fairly new here, Here is what i need to do for a course project
Build/run/debug on linux,
So i built a docker with ubuntu and the required packages, now i added them in the build deployment of clion, but i do not know how to configure makefiles then how to run them on the docker ?

Thing is if i do this, then it is not the file of my temp folder linked to docker no?

After coming back
I did this makefile config, but i cant find a way to do the executable here

Not sure which path to input here

comment tu trouves le path quand tu compiles sur docker

I think i fixed it !
I was using the wrong ub untu version then I got some mismatch error regarding architectures
