2 potential wrongs, keep in mind this isn't a cheat discord and this isn't cpp related, it's purely the game:

1. offset is wrong, reverse the game a double check that you have the correct one

2. dwLocalPlayer might be 0 until you actually need the local player (aka only when you're in a game)

We cannot help create cheats of any kind, it is against Discords ToS. Using cheats as an excuse to learn how pointers work is not going to fool anyone. You can learn all the things you are interested much more effectively in a stand alone app. If you want to learn how to manipulate one app from another, make your own app and manipulate it. You will have a very hard time trying to do anything with CS GO it will have a lot of protections against possible attacks.
