#CCR value for i2c

When I am coding the CCR value for I2C registers, I’m a little confused on how I would go about calculating this, the equation is like T High = CCR x T Bus

But I’m not really sure how to calculate it because I don’t get the correct CCR value to load into my register and I can’t find anything online that would help
