C++ Setup with MSYS2 and SDL2

im new to c++ and i try to learn the basics, i have a simple frame using SDL2 and now im wondering how i can export it as a finished programm/game bcs i need to include MSYS2 in the code somehow or how does it work?
are there any tools to pack the files?
