Issues with Arduino USB_Host_Shield_2.0 library's

I am trying to connect my Xbox 360 controller to an Arduino shield, but it's not working. I have followed the instructions in the Arduino forums and downloaded the necessary libraries. When I run the code, it doesn't seem to detect the controller.

I have verified that the controller works properly by using it on my Xbox console. I have also tested the Arduino shield with other devices and it works fine.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue? What could be causing the controller not to connect? Are there any specific settings I should be aware of? Any help would be appreciated :-)
