Depends on how far away I'm from the screen
If I can't read text it's too low quality
DVD quality, but even then Blu-Ray is preferred

there's a bit in the middle where it gets kinda eh (unless it's something like a DS screen which inherently has a low quality) but then once you get low enough it's just funny

But I watch on a phone and tablet so the pixel density is higher than on a standard PC display/ TV so it looks better than 360p on those
I grew up where "certain" TV channels were distorted. As such, I can handle just about any video resolution.
