When my cat Kirby was a kitten he was obsessed with playing with his water bowl. For some reason we thought it would be smart to get a water cooler style bowl, so no matter how much he splashed the water, he'd still have enough to actually drink.
It lasted a few days until I walked into the kitchen and discovered he had essentially created a small lake in the middle of the floor. By giving him that type of water bowl, we gave him a basically never ending supply of water to splash. There was a lot of mopping afterwards.

Tied for several instances of my now 4 year old having a tantrum and throwing stuff.

One night my wife and I came back from work (we worked at the same place) intending to go out for our anniversary dinner. Unfortunately it turns out our old dog Bonnie had developed some kind of stomach issue and... everything was a mess, let's say that. She was such a good girl and hated going inside so much that she'd tried to hide it under a rug (which didn't help) and actually rubbed her nose raw from trying to move it.

Most of mine are horribly nsfw, but the one that comes to mind that isn't filthy would be the day after I got black out drunk. I woke up with a cracked rib, a broken Xbox 360 and more than a few very angry texts.
To this day, I've never been a me to put together what happened that night, but obviously I was a bit of a dick.

Walking out of an airplane in my layover airline, only to immediately see my second leg of the trip was canceled as soon as I landed. I handled it VERY well externally but was on the brink of a HORRIBLE panic attack for hours.
