So, param 7 was added last year in https://github.com/zwave-js/node-zwave-js/pull/1564. I did not verify if it exists, but maybe it is just undocumented.

Your device has two association groups, 1 reports to the controller and 2 can be used to control other devices.

Like they wrote, you cannot configure associations in HA yet, you need the zwavejs2mqtt addon.

Then you can add the node you want to control there:

There will be 3-4 fields to fill out:

Endpoint is the source endpoint (on the ZEN76), most likely 0
Group must be 2 (I think Basic or On/Off)
(Target) Node is the node you want to control
And Target Endpoint is the endpoint (sub-device) of the node you want to control. This depends on which functionality you want to trigger. "None" controls the device itself and lets it figure out what to do. 0, 1, ... will control a single functionality.
