a while back z2m changed how config works and the one for the addon should be super minimal, then anything additional gets setup through the interface

so the configuration tab for my z2m matches somewhat close to yours but theres no homeassistant and mqtt should only have the base topic.

the mosquitto broker doesn't appear to have the username/password defined that you specify in the z2m mqtt section, but again you shouldn't have to specify the server user or password
