#Help needed for never ending HA preparation

Hello everyone 🙂 I'm trying to figure out why my Rpi 3B+ is not booting up from USB, I'm quite an experienced HA user (did docker-compose and other installs before) and I can't figure out why this isn't working... it might be hardware related maybe ? I'll put the logs I have in the thread, the boot is from USB, and it never starts, I'm stuck on the starting up web page...

I'm simply using a 32GB usb stick, I never had issues before with USB sticks... my previous HA failed because of the USB dying after 4 months, I'm trying to boot from the USB stick, and use a separate harddrive for the storage, here are the last log lines I have, it didn't change for more than 20 minutes, something is weird...

Trying to install raspbian on another USB stick (same model) to see if it's hardware related

Update: the HA raspberry seems to crash after 30-40 minutes after being stuck in preparation
