hmm can you be a bit more specific? so did you set up Z2M and MQTT?

hmm is your HA instance in the same network as your gateway etc?

yes on both. and the HA has 4 network ports. one for each of the networks/subnets at my house. One of them is on the network for the Aqara devices.

wow ok.. maybe it's to do with things not being in the same network subnet? not sure
