So you've added thecustom repository (three dots at the top rhs of HACS)?

After that you need to add the repository ("Explore & Add Repositories") at bottom rhs of HACS

#

I assume there should be a file called ge home or something under explore and add repositories but I don't see anything. I can try resetting home assistant again

and click add, does it show up in the list

(reboot may be required)
