next time you get that popup go to settings and then go to Show and Share Logs and look at the logs for the reason of the failure.

I closed the app and opened it, same error and only the above messages

when that pop-up shows up there is either an error associated with it or the 10 second time out was reached. The screenshot is not helpful because its cutting off parts of the actual log. I do see a websocket failure in there though but for some reason its not printing the error. Its tough to tell becuase its a screenshot of the logs
