They were added manually using the config.yaml

If you go to Configuration > Devices & Services > Entities, are these entities listed with a red icon? You can just click on them and delete them.

Turns out it was just cached web data... I CTRL F5 the page and they are gone now. I thought that was odd. Thanks!
