I'll hoping there's something more intelligent that transmits based on the change in temperature rather than a fixed rate or something more like a central heating thermostat

I can see why they chose 15 minutes to not spam the ZB Net and to give a long enough battery life

The Xiaomi Aqara ones report based on change, and also on time

Thank you. If I get TRVs, are the sensors in those any good or does them being near the floor and next to the radiator make them crap?

Thank you. Do you know if all the Aqara sensors do that? I see they make at least 3 models of different generations
