so when you load kiosk you set it to load a certain page so say http://..***:8123/ lovelace/default (which ever is your home assistant page ) it wll then load the ui

O. I thought this was solved with permits and then the kiosk only shows you what is allowed / assigned to you. Ok this is also the solution.

yes, if you install kiosk frontend addon and swipe addon from hacs

#

you can use I different lovelace view for each person

#

then say for my example I have http://************:8123/lovelace/downstairs

#

so with kiosk addon and swipe addon I add ? kiosk to the end

#

http://************:8123/lovelace/downstairs?kiosk

#

in fully kiosk that way on that tablet they can not see the sidebar menu or top tabs

and they use screen swipe to navigate the tabs
