With the exception of the CC2531, most sticks will maintain a network without issues long-term. EFR32 chips are used in just about every Zigbee device you use so EFR32 sticks will work. CC2652 sticks are more popular and few people have issues with either.

Stability is more determined by how well-connected your mesh is (including environmental factors), what devices you have on it, and what hardware you have your coordinator plugged into
