I'd really appreciate it if this PR could be progressed as I have some configuration elements that rely on the ability to receive SMS. At the moment I'm unable to upgrade above 2016.6.6 until this capability is reinstated. It is the only integration that I'm aware of that offers a two way communication method that is not dependent on an internet connection. Thanks.
