Any way to combine these two thread networks?

Also I commonly use all 3 ecosystems, any way that I don’t need to manually share every device?

You are halfway there. See the instructions on the screen. It is asking you to copy the Apple credentials to your phone from there to set the HA router. BTW, the whole process works best if you have the new 1.4 (beta) border router. But you are fine. Just do what the instructions are asking you to do. This will result in HA movig to the Apple network. But Apple also can move to the HA network...I think you hve to factory reset and reinstall the Homepod. I rad Google can do that same. Maybe only HA can move after being setup?
