Home Assistant Global Health Score - No CPU or RAM Entities

I'm working on setting up Home Assistant Global Health Score (https://github.com/D-N91/home-assistant-global-health-score) but when creating the entity/device, it asks for a CPU usage sensor and RAM usage sensor as required fields.

I run in a container and don't seem to have any of these fields from existing devices.

Any advice?
