#Is it possible to run ZBT-1/2 and older ConBee II together?

I have an RPi4-64 HA system. For years I have run an older ConBee II for Zigbee network on it. But it has spare USB ports, and doesn't seem to run close to limits of CPU or memory, and I was wondering if I could add a ZBT-1/2 for a Matter network at the same time?

Just to be picky. when you say "matter network" you probably mean "thread network" to have "matter-over-thread devices".

But anyway, to the question at hand: Yes you should in theory have no problems running both.
However possible issues:

Power limits when adding more devices.
solution: Use a USB Hub that has its own power supply.

some issues with multiple 2.4 ghz antennas near each other (even if on different channels)
solution: Ensure that the antennas (coordinators) are at least 25cm away from each other (2 wavelengths of 2.4ghz)

Thanks for the warnings of possible issues. I actually have a ZBT-1 that I couldn't get to work OK for Zigbee, so am now wanting to try it in its other mode, for Matter/Thread. And it ships with a cable that means the two antennas are >25cm apart.
So I think I can safely try it out.

To encourage others who find this question, I can now confirm it works ... got my first Thread network working, and device configured on it. (Thanks, @neon bramble ) 👏
