#iBeacon Tracker

You have a bluetooth adaptor and/or a bluetooth proxy.
This is something everyone will see, you can safely ignore it.
It is apple devices shouting into the void of bluetooth.
Does it improve the detection whether someone is home or not?
Not on its own, The ibeaacon data rotates often to stop people being able to easily track someone with it. To detect presence you need to get the devices IRK code then add it as a "Private BLE Device" which then basically decodes the beacon to know its the device.
Alright, thanks for the details!
