Hello,
I am attempting to pair matter over thread devices with my Raspberry Pi 5 running HAOS connected to a ZBT-2 TBR. I believe the border router is functioning but I haven't paired anything with it yet. I don't see any logs in the Matter server and the only logs I really see that could be relevant are from the OTBR here:

Every time I try to pair I get the P-RadioSpinel ... NoAddress errors. That's about as far as I get. I've verified that my router supports IPv6 and my phone can see mDNS. My iPhone will go so far as to say it's setting up and then it will say it's Unable to Add Accessory. Oh, and I enabled IPv6 on the Home Assistant. I'm running out of ideas on what to try and could use some expert guidance.
