#Debugging Smart lock failure

I have an Aqara M100 (hub) used to manage 2 Aqara U100 locks via HA and Matter.

The locks no longer function in HA (though they used to). They work fine in HomeKit (which I don't think is using Matter).

Obviously this suggests a problem with the M100.

I have restarted HA, and I have restarted the M100. I have moved the M100.

What else should I be doing to solve this?

Ultimately, I fired up the Aqara app. Both locks showed problematic there. I fiddled around with them (but did not remove and re-add them) and until Aqara was happy. Then HA was happy.
