I bought the ZBT-2 and set it up 10 days ago in Zigbee mode, with 2 Ikea Bilresa 2-button remotes. Everything worked fine for a week. I then bought more of the same buttons. I setup the 3rd one. I went around the house to test its range. At some point, it started blinking orange. The entire Zigbee network went dead at that point. I could not find any way to revive it. Plugging it/unplugging it to the Proxmox VM did not help. Neither did rebooting the VM. As good as dead. HA keeps prompting me to "Configure the Home Assistant connect ZBT-2" in the System/hardware screen. I have done so, to no avail. Since I don't have much of a network to preserve, I factory reset the ZBT-2, and switched it to Matter mode. I factory reset one of the Bilresa buttons. I cannot get it to pair with Matter at all. I'm wondering what's going on here, and what I'm doing wrong. The ZBT-2 seems to be much more problematic than the ZWA-2 which I also have, with well over 100 Z-wave nodes. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Edit! before anyone asks, I do have it on a USB 2.0 extension cord. The ZBT-2 LED is off except during the factory reset. Not sure if that's normal.
